International e-commerce
Enter a new market without lowering your brand’s standards.
Language, currency, payment, delivery, local habits: selling in another country takes more than a translation. We design the store for the new market with your teams and your distributor, in line with the brand’s codes.
01Your situation
When to call on us
If one of these sounds familiar, we can help.
- Your brand is distributed in a country where it has no online store yet
- Your site offers neither the language nor the currency of the target country
- Arabic reads right to left, which your theme does not handle
- The local distributor has its own stock and invoicing tools
- You want to keep control of the brand image from one country to the next

Common questions
Which countries do you work in?
We are based in Abu Dhabi. We have delivered projects for France, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. For another market, we tell you plainly what we know and what we would need to study.
Do we need one store per country?
Not always. A single store can serve several countries when the catalogue and prices are close; a dedicated store makes sense when the range, the distributor or the obligations differ.
Can you handle Arabic?
Yes: the Diptyque KSA store is in English and Arabic, with right-to-left reading across the whole journey.
Who handles payment and delivery?
Your providers or your distributor. We integrate them into the store and test the full journey with them.
How long does it take?
It depends on the range and the integrations. We give a schedule after scoping, not before.
How to start
