Shopify
A Shopify store built around your brand.
Build, custom theme, migration from Magento, WooCommerce or PrestaShop: we build a store your teams run day to day, and we prepare the change of platform so that you lose neither customers nor useful addresses.

04In practice
Migrating without losing your addresses
- InventoryEvery address of the old store: products, collections, pages, articles.
- MapEach old address gets its new address, in the same language.
- RedirectPermanent redirects, in a single hop, to the equivalent page.
- CheckAfter the switch: addresses, internal links, sitemap, indexed pages.
Method applied to a migration; it reduces the risk, it does not guarantee rankings.

Common questions
Is Shopify always the right choice?
No. Shopify suits most brand stores; a very specific catalogue or unusual sales rules may call for another solution. We say so at the audit stage.
Can we migrate without losing our rankings?
A prepared migration greatly limits the risk: address inventory, mapping, permanent redirects, checks after the switch. Nobody can guarantee rankings.
What happens to customer accounts and orders?
They are carried over to the new store. Passwords cannot be transferred: customers choose a new one at their first login.
Can we edit the store ourselves?
Yes. The theme is built in sections: your teams edit pages, collections and promotions without a developer.
What is your Shopify experience?
We designed the Diptyque KSA store: custom Shopify 2.0 theme, English and Arabic, migration from a Magento reference, integrations with the distributor’s systems.
