Automation & integrations
Less re-typing, fewer things forgotten: your tools work together.
An enquiry comes in, a quote is prepared, a follow-up is scheduled, the customer record is up to date. We connect your tools and automate repetitive tasks, with or without AI, keeping human approval where it matters.
01Your situation
When to call on us
If one of these sounds familiar, we can help.
- Quote requests pile up: every costing means finding prices, options and constraints again
- Your customer service looks up the order, the tracking and your terms in three tools before replying
- Your sales team no longer has time to look for new customers
- Responding to a tender ties up several people for days, at the risk of overlooking a requirement
- ChatGPT helps now and then, but it knows neither your customers, nor your prices, nor your tools
02Our scope
What we take care of
Connection to your tools
Website, email, CRM, calendar, invoicing, store: the agent reads and writes where you work, with no re-entry.
Your business context
Customers, orders, prices, documents: we give the agent what it needs to know, and nothing else.
Business rules
Margins, lead times, terms, cases to hand over: your rules are written down, tested, then applied to every job.
Actions and follow-ups
The agent prepares the quote, creates the record, schedules the follow-up, and stops as soon as a reply comes in.
Human approvals
We agree with you on who approves what. Nothing important goes out without agreement.
Monitoring and recovery
Every step is logged; if a tool does not respond, the operation is retried later, with no duplicate.

04In practice
Example: from enquiry to quote
- The enquiry arrivesA tradesperson receives a renovation enquiry by email, with no surface area or deadline.
- The agent spots what is missingIt asks for the surface area and preferred date, then files the answer in the record.
- The quote is preparedIt applies the company’s price list and rules, and suggests a price or a range.
- You approveNothing leaves without your approval: you edit, then you send.
Illustrative example — fictional company, people and amounts.
05Method
How we work
Choose one process
A single one, frequent and well defined, with the expected result and the person who will judge it.
Write down your rules
Prices, special cases, what requires approval: this is the work that matters most.
Build and test
On real requests, reviewed by your team, before anything goes live.
Go live and monitor
With a log, a regular review and adjustments as it is used.
06Deliverables
What you receive
- Process mapSteps, connected tools and approval points, on one page.

- DocumentationWhat the automation does, what it does not do, how to change it.
Common questions
Does it have to involve artificial intelligence?
No. Many useful automations rely on simple rules. AI helps when free text has to be read, summarised or drafted.
Does the agent send quotes on its own?
No. It prepares; a person approves before each send. Cases outside the rules are handed to you.
Which tools do you work with?
We start from the ones you already use: email, CRM, calendar, invoicing, store. We connect them through their interfaces, with an orchestrator such as n8n.
What happens if something breaks?
The enquiry is recorded before any processing. If a tool does not respond, the operation is retried later, without duplicates, and you are notified.
Do you have references?
The demonstrations on this site are examples and are labelled as such. We use these automations for our own enquiries, and we connected the Diptyque KSA store to its distributor’s systems. We publish no figures without a client’s consent.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers a question in a chat window. An agent connected to your tools knows your context, applies your rules, prepares the work where you need it and keeps a record of what it does.
